Cowboy Mounted Shooting

We hosted a Cowboy Mounted Shooting clinic/practice this weekend for members of the Florida Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association. Everyone had a great time tuning up and breaking in some new horses and shooters. The Florida club's website is www.floridamountedshooting.com - check it out for their competition schedule. They are sanctioned by the CMSA in Arizona. Learn more about this exciting sport at www.cowboymountedshooting.com.

Denny Chapman at the Central Florida Fair

Here's a pic from our appearance at the Central Florida Fair in Orlando last weekend. We performed 2 shows riday night and were asked to make an encore appearance Saturday night as well. After each show, we signed autographs at our Mane N Tail booth and the kids swamped us! It was great! The fair staff said we were the biggest draw both nights! A big thanks to Stacy Redditt and Justin for all their help. This is a great fair - check it out next year, it'll be worth it!

We had a great reception as the first feature equine specialty act to appear at this famous annual event. We also had a good time at the Central Florida Fair Friday night, and we were asked to perform an encore show Saturday night. We'll be posting pics from the Fair soon.

Mule Day-Columbia TN / CMSA Nationals Tunica MS

Well, we've been on the road for 2 weeks straight - starting out as the featured entertainment at Mule Day in Columbia TN. Our appearance was a big success, and we made the local paper 3 days in a row. From there, we went to the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association's National Championships in Tunica MS where we served on the announcing staff and performed for the Saturday night showcase. We'll be posting pics soon from these appearances. Next week, we're featured at the Central Florida Fair in Orlando! Our Mane N Tail commercials should be airing soon on RFD-TV, so keep watching! www.dennychapman.com

Cowboy Mounted Shooting/On the Road With Denny

Howdy all,

Here's a pic from our Mane N Tail commercial shoot a few weeks ago. Well, it was a busy weekend with another successful Cowboy Mounted Shooting match in Ocala Florida over Easter Weekend. One of my students, Joy Blonde, won her first buckle and moved up to the Ladies #2 division. Spanky and I finished 2nd overall in the Mounted Rifle Shooting match. We're packing up for 2 weeks on the road - heading to Columbia TN to perform at the annual Mule Days there, then onto Tunica MS to compete in the CMSA National Championships. Later this month, we'll be making an appearance at the Central Florida Fair in Orlando, then a long trip to West Virginia in May. Between trips, we'll be training cmsa shooting horses, trick horses and working with students in several disciplines. Stay tuned to www.dennychapman.com for updated schedules, and

Happy Trails!

Denny Chapman to appear in Mane N Tail Commercial

We've been on location at the Recoletta Ranch in beautiful South Carolina the past couple of days shooting commercials for Mane N Tail. This cutting horse ranch proved to be the perfect location for the HorseCity.Com crew who will be producing the pieces for Straight Arrow Inc, the parent company for Mane N Tail products. We are proud to be the spokesperson for Mane N Tail and proudly use and recommend all their products. We'll have pics from the shoot online soon. Look for the commercials on RFD-TV's HorseCity.com.
