We just returned from a great trip to East-Central Pennsylvania where we conducted a Cowboy Mounted Shooting Clinic at The Ark Farm in Christiana PA. We were hired by Beth Brown, renowned Equine Dentist, and a group who had heard about CMSA and wanted to learn more - several participants were members of a medieval jousting troupe! We had a full-day clinic that covered all the basics including CMSA history, equipment and horses, rules and procedures, gun handling and marksmanship, horsemanship, stage techniques and CMSA training for the horse - and ended the day with desensitizing and some live fire exercises. While in PA, we visited with Mane N Tail Equine Sales Director, Karen Schell, and President Devon Katsev. Karen was kind enough to provide lay-over facilities on her farm in beautiful Northampton, PA. Heading up to, and back from PA, we over-nighted in Dunn NC at the Diamond E farm. They raise champion American Quarter Horses and have a great facility with private stalls, turnout and even a private cabin for those without living quarters trailers. We have discovered many nice lay-over farms throughout the country and also have fond memories of Horseshoe Bend Farm in Benton KY, where we over-nighted during our round-trip to Waterloo IA to perform in "Dances with Horses" a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to everyone's wonderful hospitality! Next weekend, we'll be at the Georgia National Fair representing Mane N Tail at the Feathered Classic Horse Show! (Thanks to Dave Arroyo for these pics). Happy Trails!

I live in northeast Pa. I'm really excited to get involved in Cowboy Mounted Shooting. The small town of Benton is my home town and also hosts one of the best of 65 rodeos east of the Mississippi, voted by the American Professional Rodeo Association. So we have room!!!
Please give me some feed back at lynalberts@yahoo.com
Thanks, LA
