Trick Horse Training

Here's a pic of Charlie Brown doing a hind leg walk. This is a very difficult maneuver for a horse and requires a lot of muscle. We train for this consistantly until the horse develops the proper muscle and technique. It's impressive to watch a well trained liberty horse perform this stunt, and there aren't many of them out there.

We're looking forward to our upcoming performance at the Austin Horse Park this weekend. The event benefits therepeutic riding - such a good cause. We'll perform a wild west specialty act with the boys, including roman riding, trick shooting, trick horses, trick roping, fire jumping and lots of fun!
